Warning! This Post Contains Spoilers For The Harry Potter Books/Movies! You Have Been Warned!
Yes, it is true you can actually stay the night in the same Godric's Hollow that was used as the set in the movies! It is actually the De Vere House, located in the medieval village of Lavenham Suffolk. The cottage is where Harry Potter and (surprisingly) the (ex) Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore (R.I.P) were born. It was also where Harry Potter acquired his lightning scar and Lily and James Potter (R.I.P) were killed by Voldemort. The property was sold on last year for a staggering £950,000 and was made into an award winning bed and breakfast! It is on airbnb with rooms at £110 per night ($128.24). You can check it out on the airbnb website! https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/35058633?source_impression_id=p3_1573146661_64nH8QordpiaDgWQ . So, if you live in that area (and have the money/are able to) check it out and maybe book it!
